See, if I have 7 shirts, but 4 pants, I can only use 4 shirts. If I used all 7 shirts there would be 3 outfits with just a shirt. 4 pants and 4 shirts can make 16 pairs. But I see no issue with standard shorts and T-shirts (and I’m against school uniforms also, for that matter).
