Funny Superbowl Lvii I’m Just Here For The Food And Commercials Shirt
I designed a logo for a florist years ago and their competitor took the Funny Superbowl Lvii I’m Just Here For The Food And Commercials Shirt Also,I will get this logo cut off the tiger lilies in the design and pasted-in carnations. We had to send them a cease and desist Shameless. Good question, and sometimes it is more lucrative for a company to create its own internal division than to acquire another company. 1) Setting up a new division – especially at a huge company – takes a lot of time, man-hours, and expense. They have to reverse-engineer and recreate, from scratch, something that someone else has already built and that works for them. Your assumption that “Googles (sic) version will obviously be more popular and the competitor…will die out” is often erroneous. Technically, yes, the engineers at Google could have crafted a technically superior video sharing platform, but quality does not equate to popularity. Case in point, Google tried to create their own social network, Google Plus, which was a dismal failure, yet under the assumption listed, should have driven Facebook out of business. Had Google tried to create their own answer to YouTube, they would likely have had the same result, while simultaneously incurring the ire of the YouTube people and the legions of fans they had even back in 2006 and 2007. Google would have gone through trials, tribulations, and expenses trying to reinvent the wheel, so they chose instead to buy something that already worked and that people already liked.

It is very difficult to create cachet, especially as a mega corporation, but it can be bought, usually with the company itself. In YouTube’s case, Google wasn’t just buying the platform, but the brand. Yes, Google’s engineers could have hammered out a superior free video sharing platform, but they couldn’t have created the virility and popularity that YouTube had built. Such things can’t be coded, but they can be purchased, which is why Google purchased YouTube and why several companies tried to purchase Facebook.
